The song

Hi !
I continue to write my song but it's a bit difficult. As my guitar teacher has adviced me, I have to write the lyrics and the chords at the same time. For the moment, I've just find the chords, writed some "pieces" of lyrics and find my song's title: "A better world" but I think I'll change it because I find the title too simple...Maybe the inspiration will come later. I hope so...
Moreover, our teacher published our tasks on TwinSpaces so that our Rumanian correspondants get in touch with us. Unfortunatly, nobody contacted me for the moment. While waiting for, I'll continue to write my song !

Danakil - Les champs de roses (The fileds of roses)

In my last entry, I told that I picked up some sentences of french reggae song. Here is one of them ! More low, I put the song's translation.

The fields of roses

Cross the world and see what the life proposes
Live in the open air and walk in the fileds of roses
Visit the places where the fate puts down me
And in front of world wonders I shall strike the pose

Cross the world and see what the life proposes
Live in the open air and walk in the fields of roses
Somewhere, on the road, there is indeed something
Locate your star and pick up it if you dare it

We say to me,
Stain sir to make for you the choice which is the voucher
I choose that the words and the bass mutter in accord
Qualified as savage to have the roaming heart
I shall not let sleep my dreams on the doormat

My life will be too short and even if it lasts a century
I shall not spend it stuffy as an insect
Stupid and drunk, I want to live
Free, that the music delivers me

That my friends, that my courtship
Can read in me as in a book
I would like...

Never slow down to investigate territories
Because the more we know them and the better we shall understand the history
I want of the air, I want some water
I need green space to save my skin

I do not speak about anything that we can calculate
But I consider good that the earth abounds in hidden treasures
Of course, we still toil in the good to imagine them
My field of roses does not exist nevertheless the image was born

Cross the world and see what the life proposes
Live in the open air and walk in the fileds of roses
Visit the places where the fate puts down me
And in front of world wonders I shall strike the pose

Cross the world and see what the life proposes
Live in the open air and walk in the fields of roses
Somewhere, on the road, there is indeed something
Locate your star and pick up it if you dare it

My song

Today, I began to write my song for the "iDream" project. It probably will be a reggea song. I told about it to some musicians: They all answered me that reggae is the best music's "shout" if we want to be heard.
So, first, I listened some french reggea songs and wrote sentences to have ideas and inspiration. I picked up a lot of little sentences and it helped me.
Now, I will write the song in french to make me sure to know what I want to say and the message wich I want to make cross.
After that, I will translate it in English and try to make rhymes (maybe).I don't think that it will be a long song.

At home, I try to find nice chords for the song and have a good rythme. I asked to my guitar teacher how should I play this song: He told me that reggae have generally 3 times on 4 ou simply 4 times and a slow rythme.

So, I'll try to find the inspiration and make it good !

My first conrrespondence

Hi !
This year, my english class takes part in a new project called "iDream" (yes, like my blog). We'll soon could get in touch with roumanians high school students. So, our teacher asked us to write them a little text in which we have to introduce ourself.
Here is my presentation !

Hello !
My name is Audrey, I'm 17 years old. I live in France, near to Geneva, in Switzerland.
I have a brother, Nicolas, who's 14 and a sister, Julie who is 12.

Once a week, I take guitar lesson. I really enjoy it, that's my passion. Infact, I'm fond of music. My favourite kinds of music are Reggea, Rock, Blues, Pop, Electro...Almost all !
I took singing lessons during five years too.
Moreover, for the "iDream" project, I'll probably write a reggea song !
I like art: Drawing, music, cinema, photography, litterature...

At the week-end, I like go out, see my friends in Geneva and at night, I often go to parties ! I love have fun, I think for someone of our age, it's important. When it's possible, I go to concerts too. Furthermore, every summer, I go to the "Paleo Festival" in Nyon. It's in Switzerland. That's a HUGE festival wich lasts one week. But feel reassured, it's not like Woodstock (even if I would like !)

I think I said everything. I hope I'll have your answer soon !
XOXO ;)

An english project

Hi !
I study in the "Lycée International de Ferney-Voltaire" in France. So, as you can imagine, I don't speak english very well but I'll try to do my best ! (without a translator !)
This blog isn't personal, I've just to create it for school. More exactly for a new subject wich is called "anglais approfondi".
So for this topic, I will talk about our first "anglais approfondi" lesson.
Enjoy it ! ;)

The teacher gave to us a paper wich shows us different class projects and we could choose a group work. These choices are the following ones:
-Creating a students online newspaper.
-Making a podcast
-Producing a live radio show
-Taking part in a writing workshop
-Running a class film club
-Keeping up with world news
-Organising a debate

I chose "Producing a live radio show". I hope it will help me to speak better in english !
Futhermore, I love music a lot and I find that's an interesint project.

Our class will take part in a eTwinning project: eTwinning is the Community for schools in Europe.
We could maybe get in touch with rumanian high school sutdents ! I think that's a very good idea, moreover, I've never had a correspondant. It will be really nice...I hope so !

I think of having said everything. On it, bye for a now !
